Personal Note from Rachel

🍂 Greetings and Thank You
As 2025 draws to a close, I want to begin with a simple, heartfelt thank you.
Thank you for reading, reflecting, replying, sharing, and quietly accompanying me, and one another, through another full year of leadership, learning, challenge, and growth within the 4Front community.
Before we rush towards what’s next, I invite you to pause. Not just to rest, though you deserve that too, but to reflect with intention.
The most impactful leaders I know do not close a year by speeding up. They slow down, look back honestly, and choose what they will carry forward and what they will gently release.
This is not about perfection. It is about presence.
If you only read one section of this newsletter, make it Your End-of-Year Gift below.
🌿 A Moment to Acknowledge the Year That Was
Whether your holidays are joyful, intense, quiet, or complicated, I hope you can find even one small pocket of stillness to check in with yourself.
Not just as a leader. But as a human being.
Before reading on, you might simply ask yourself:
How do I feel, really, as this year comes to an end?
There is no right answer. Only truth.
🎁 Your End-of-Year Gift
The 60-Minute Year-End Reflection Ritual
To thank you for being part of this community, I want to offer you two tools that have been transformational for many clients. Not because they are complex, but because they help you see your year clearly.
They only work if you actually use them.
I invite you to treat this not as another resource, but as a 60-minute ritual. A gift to your future self.
If an hour feels like a stretch, even 30 minutes will bring clarity.
What’s Included
A simple visual snapshot of where you feel nourished, stretched, or depleted across key areas of life and leadership.
A guided reflection to capture lessons, milestones, patterns, and meaning from the past 12 months, so you can step into 2026 with clarity rather than carry-over.
How to Use the Gift
Make a cup of tea or coffee Put your phone on airplane mode Set a 60-minute timer Complete the Wheel of Life (20 minutes) Complete the Year in Review (40 minutes) Choose one Next Right Step for January
That’s it.
Download your Wheel of Life (PDF) here: [LINK] Access your Year in Review here: [LINK]
Or, if you prefer, simply reply to this email with the word "GIFT" and I will send you both directly.
Most people who benefit from this complete it within 48 hours, before life rushes back in.
🧭 Questions to Guide Your Reflection
As you work through the Gift, you might explore:
What do I want to acknowledge about myself or my team this year? What can I release with compassion? What deserves remembering, even if it was hard? Where might forgiveness offer lightness, for myself or others? What boundaries, practices, or priorities do I want to honour more fully in 2026?
These are not soft questions. They are strategic.
Reflection is one of the most underused and most powerful leadership practices we have.
🔍 Reflecting Through the 6Ps of Positive Practice
If it helps, you can structure your reflection using the 6Ps:
Purpose What gave meaning this year?
Personal What supported or stretched your wellbeing?
Professional What skills, standards, or confidence deepened?
People Who encouraged, challenged, or inspired you?
Products and Services What worked, evolved, or needs attention?
Prosperity How did you steward your time, energy, money, and impact?
These lenses help you see the whole picture. Not just what went well or what went wrong, but how you grew.
👂 Listening as a Leadership Superpower for 2026
At 4Front, and across the Lead With Coaching Institute, our theme for 2026 is Listening.
Listening to yourself Listening to others Listening to systems and signals Listening to seasons and timing
As you close this year, consider:
What or who are you being invited to listen to more deeply in 2026? What have you been avoiding, and what might open if you turned towards it?
You will hear more about this theme in the new year.
💬 A Glimpse Into My Own 2025 Reflection
On a personal note, 2025 has been a year of integration and renewal for me.
It included renewing professional credentials, leading international accreditation work, deepening trauma-informed and systemic coaching practice, contributing to global conversations on ethics, power, AI, and culture, and walking alongside clients and loved ones through growth, challenge, grief, and change.
This year stretched me. It refined me. It reminded me that leadership is not about having all the answers, but about staying anchored in what matters, even as the winds change.
✨ If Reflection Reveals a Next Step You’d Like Support With
Many people find that once they complete the Year-End Gift, one of two things becomes clear:
I know what I need to prioritise, but I would value space to think it through. I can see the pattern now, and I do not want to repeat it next year.
If that is you, I have five remaining places available for a:
90-Minute 1:1 Strategy Session in January (€299)
This includes the Saboteur Assessment and full 6-week PQ Mental Fitness Programme when booked by 31 December.
Reserve your January Strategy Session here: [LINK]
This is not about quick fixes. It is about thoughtful, grounded leadership.
🌱 Executive Coaching End-of-Year Invitation
🌿 A Time-Limited Invitation: 6-Month 1:1 Executive Coaching

If, as you reflect on the year, you can sense that what you really need is not a single conversation but ongoing support, this invitation is for you.
6-Month 1:1 Executive Coaching Programme
This six-month coaching partnership is designed for leaders who want consistent space to think clearly, lead intentionally, and stay aligned as real life unfolds. It offers continuity, accountability, and perspective, not just insight in the moment, but support over time.

-
Step out of reactive decision-making and into purposeful leadership
-
Work through complexity with clarity and confidence
-
Reconnect with your values, energy, and priorities
-
Lead with greater ease, presence, and impact
This is not about fixing problems. It is about strengthening how you lead yourself and others across the seasons ahead.
A Special Year-End Rate
To support leaders who are ready to invest in themselves now, this six-month programme is available at a special rate until 31 December.
After this date, standard pricing will apply.
If you have been considering executive coaching, this is a meaningful moment to act. Beginning the new year already supported often changes not just what you do, but how you experience leadership.

🔮 Looking Ahead Together
This edition is intentionally about closing well.
In January, we will turn towards planning with integrity, creating agreements that last, and leading with listening at the centre.
For now, this moment is about reflection, rest, and release.
🌅 Standing at the Threshold
This quiet space between years is not a gap to fill, but a threshold to cross with care.
May you carry forward what has strengthened you, release what has served its time, and step into the new year clearer, lighter, and more aligned.
With warmth and appreciation,
Rachel The Pharmacist Coach Director of Education, Lead With Coaching Institute
