Do You Ever Feel Like Responsibilities, Circumstances and Other People are Running Your Life Instead of You Calling the Shots?

What about your customers?  Does this challenge also cause them difficulties as they attempt to implement your advice to improve their health and well-being?

Have you ever looked back on your actions or the actions of your customers and wondered, “Why did I/they do that?”

If you’re like 97.6% of people in the world, there is a discrepancy between what you think you value and what you really value.

Let’s say you have a job that pays well, which you appreciate because it gives you income and structure. You go into work every day, work for a while feeling productive, and then it happens…  You start to lose motivation, feel unappreciated or bored.  You begin thinking about other things, check your Facebook, get buried in paperwork, text a few friends and family, and before you know it, your workday is over.

Sound familiar?

In this instance, “you” consciously value your job…but under the surface, you don’t value the work you do.  Something’s missing, but you just can’t put your finger on it.

Imagine waking up every morning excited about the day ahead. You go in to the pharmacy and relish the work you do.  The company you have founded (or work for), your work colleagues, your customers and the people in your personal life all love and support you.  Every aspect of the life you live is filled with the things that matter most. That is what ALIGNMENT feels like.

That is what you want. This is what we all want…

So how can you get more ALIGNMENT?  Well, by consistently making space in your life for the things that matter most to you.  This requires that you are clear about what really matters most to you.

This is our focus in Month 1 of the ALIGNMENT module of the LEAD Online Mastermind Programme.

When you consider your values in decision making, you can be sure to keep your sense of integrity and what you know is right, and approach decisions with confidence and clarity.  You'll also know that what you're doing is best for your current and future happiness and satisfaction.

Making value-based choices may not always be easy. However, making a choice that you know is right is a lot less difficult in the long run.
