Decisions, Decisions, Decisions! Kaleidoscope of Choices: How What You Think and Choose Colours Your Life

Are You Under-Utilising Your Greatest Gift and Inadvertently Missing Out on Powerful Opportunities at Work?

How you can make Worklife easier using one simple inner-game technique.

As you are aware, the PSI states that the, "health, welfare, care and safety of the patient" comes first. But what about YOU, the Pharmacist? What about your needs? As people, how can we meet our own personal and professional standards of practice if we do not prioritise our own, "health, welfare, care and safety" in the first place? If we are stressed, anxious, over-burdened, sick, hungry or over-tired, how can we truly expect ourselves to show duty of care towards our patients? Sometimes, the exact same critical decisions at work can be easier or harder to make on a given day depending on how well we are functioning or not.

Everyday, you make THOUSANDS of decisions that dramatically shape your life. Every one of these choices carries rewards and consequences, and shapes the circumstances that surround you.

You are free to choose anything in life that you desire.

  • How do you ensure that you're making the RIGHT choices and decisions?

  • How do you shape your life in a way that works for you, instead of against you?

The answers to these and other important questions are all covered in this upcoming FREE Workshop.

Introducing ...

The "Decisions, Decisions, Decisions! Kaleidoscope of Choices: How What You Think and Choose Colours Your Life" workshop.

During this information-packed CPD Workshop, you'll discover . . . .

  • Recognise how our decisions impact our personal and professional performance, at every moment of every day.

  • Examine how our thoughts, both our limiting beliefs as well as what we imagine to be possible, affect how we perceive the choices we have available to us.

  • Practice holding positive thoughts which can help us to make better decisions and ultimately move us forward in our personal and professional practice.

  • Gain greater clarity, so you can make CLEAR DECISIONS to be a better team player, communicator and more effective pharmacy leader in the workplace.

  • Increase confidence in your  DECISION MAKING SKILLS so you can take action to avoid overwhelm, anxiety and burnout.

  • Use a simple but powerful technique to become more aware of our current circumstances and how those circumstances are being shaped by the decisions we make.

  • Apply the same skills to support patients to make better health and medication related decisions.

  • Complete a cycle of non-clinical CPD which is already mapped to Decision Making Skills in the Personal Skills section of the Core Competency Framework as set out by The PSI.

To make sure your working hours are not a barrier to your participation, we have scheduled a number of online masterclasses at different times and days.
