This reflective resource is Part 2 of your annual leadership review and reset.

🧭 This second step invites you to listen deeply to what life is asking of you in the coming year—and to choose how you want to respond.

Who it’s for:
Leaders, business owners, and professionals who want to set a purposeful, values-aligned direction for the year ahead—personally, professionally, and in service of something greater.

Time commitment:
Set aside 45–60 minutes of uninterrupted space. Have your Year in Review, Wheel of Life exercise, a notebook, and a cup of tea nearby.

Theme:
This reflection is a chance to listen to your truth—so you can lead from alignment, not autopilot.

 

Section 1: Listening to What Matters Now

  1. What insights emerged for you in your Annual Year in Review that you feel most called to carry forward into the New Year? (list 1-3 key insights)
  2. What do you sense is complete, no longer aligned, or ready to be released? (name at least one)
  3. If you were to listen deeply to your inner wisdom (Sage), what would it say you most need this year—to thrive and lead well? (name 1-3 key needs)

Section 2: Your Vision – The 6Ps of Positive Practice

Reflect on what a healthy, meaningful, sustainable year ahead could look like through each of the 6Ps lens.

  • What deeper ‘why’ is guiding you into 2026?
  • In what ways does your work or leadership feel aligned (or misaligned) with that purpose?
  • What will help you stay aligned and resist misalignment?

  • What are your priorities for personal wellbeing & energy this coming year (physical, mental, emotional, creative, social energy and fulfilment)?
  • What practices, boundaries or supports will nourish your health, wellbeing & energy?

3️⃣ Professional

  • What does the world need you to embrace more fully professionally in th coming year?  
  • How do you intend to grow in your role, leadership capacity, or business?
  • What skills, systems or strategies do you intend to develop?

4️⃣ People

  • Which relationships are calling for attention, healing, or deepening?
  • How can you lead with presence and integrity in your team, family or community?

5️⃣ Products & Services

  • What offerings or contributions feel most meaningful and viable for 2026?
  • Are there projects, clients, or markets you’re drawn to serve differently?

6️⃣ Prosperity

  • What does true prosperity mean for you this year (financial, energetic, time, capacity)?
  • What boundaries, decisions or changes will support you to lead with sustainability?

Section 3: Learning from last year to Lead Well in the coming year

  1. What lessons from missteps, surprises, or successes last year do you want to apply consciously this year?
  2. What patterns (internal or external) do you want to disrupt?
  3. Where have you been avoiding a hard truth—and what would it mean to face it with love and action this coming year?

Section 4: Support, Commitment and Clarity

  1. What kind of support will help you stay aligned with your 6Ps vision this year?
    (Think: coaching, training, peer groups, wellness supports, systems, delegation.)
  2. If you were to make one courageous decision this year to honour what you’ve written here, what would it be?
  3. On a scale of 1–10, how committed are you to this vision? What would help increase your clarity or confidence?
