Rachel Dungan - Founder of 4Front Pharmacy Solutions Ltd
Rachel Dungan has worked in Pharmacy for 20 years and has directly trained and coached over one thousand Pharmacists in Ireland. She is graduate of Trinity College Dublin, worked in hospital and community pharmacy and has been a superintendent pharmacist, supervising pharmacist, and community pharmacy manager. Her passion for putting people at the heart of pharmacy excellence led her to focus on becoming ‘The Pharmacist Coach’. In 2015, Rachel became the first pharmacist in Ireland to become a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Rachel is a licensed NLP practitioner, holds a Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching and a Diploma in Diet, Health and Wellness Coaching, and is a peer support pharmacist with the IIOP.
Rachel founded the company 4Front Pharmacy Solutions Ltd this year to support pharmacy teams to excel at the forefront of community health and wellness by offering pharmacists and pharmacy teams tailored CPD programmes. In Nov 2015, she was accepted onto the Rubicon Exxcel Programme for female entrepreneurs who have a start-up business with high growth and export potential.

James is a champion of small business and is passionate about helping small business succeed. James is a graduate of Anthony Robbins’s Mastery University and Leadership Academy – a world-renowned coaching academy on personal and professional development, business mastery and leadership. In April 2007 James was invited to be a ‘member of the Robbins Research International trainer team: facilitating change using RRI human development psychology’. James has trained over three hundred coaches and trainers in Ireland and facilitates many group coaching sessions for business owners and business teams.
