Leader/Owner Coaching

Leader Coaching is a 1-on-1 coaching solution with Rachel, and only for those who are growth oriented and believe in self-development first. This means that in order to be a Leader, you agree that you need to 'walk the talk'.

If this is you, we have a three-phased approach to your development journey.

1. During Phase 1, you choose the area you'd like to change, for example, strategic planning, company values, company vision, company goals, team roles, alignment. Your 1-on-1 sessions will focus on your priority list and provide a safe space for you to share. We'll co-create solutions that align with your company goals, values, vision, etc. And, when you are ready, we'll move to the second tier: Your Team.

2. During Phase 2, we'll focus on Team Coaching; Business, Operations, Reception, Pharmacists, etc. There are a few assessments you could choose from to collect data from your Teams about the cohesiveness in your company. This Phase includes a 1-Day workshop (onsite or virtual) after the assessment results to share the results with the team, discuss next steps, and get a glimpse into the company.

3. During Phase 3, you will be able to select the solution(s) that best fits your company needs from our Employer Sponsored Programmes; 4Front Pharmacy Online, Self-Study Library of Courses, The Pharmacist Empowerment Programme, and the Positive Intelligence for Teams.
