  • Set SMARTer goals and key success metrics and define 1-3 key projects which will enable skill development and goal attainment.
  • Share goals, key metrics, key projects and intention with key stakeholders (e.g. employer, colleagues, direct reports, etc and elicit support).

Here is some additional information about the programme;

How long is the commitment?

  • Participants are enrolled in our 6-month or 12-month programme.
  • The commitment will be to attend two, 45-minute, 1-on-1 coaching sessions each month (total number will be revealed during your on-boarding discussion)
  • Participants will have 24/7 access to four of our best self-study courses to help with discovery and balance
 

Will this programme be confidential?

Yes. Coaching sessions will not be shared with employers nor will we be providing a verbal or written report to employers about individual progress. However, participants can feel free to share the results gained through this programme with their employer.

 

 

How much will this programme cost?

  • If the employer foots the bill, then there is no monetary investment to the participant.
  • If the employer splits the cost, then participant would be responsible for paying half of the programme fee.
  • An additional investment in this programme is participant's willingness and ability to commit to the schedule and show up for coaching sessions on time and ready to participate.
  • Each participant will be expected to complete at least the 2 of the 4 self-study courses we've selected for discovery, balance, and growth.
