Stand Alone Spotlight Focus Session Agreement

Overview

Welcome to the "Stand Alone Spotlight Focus Session with Rachel." This 90-minute session is designed to help you address a single issue of your choice, through a focused and personalised coaching, mentoring, or consultancy experience. By entering into this agreement, we are committing to making the most of our time together, ensuring that the session is productive, engaging, and supportive.

This agreement is between You (the Client) and Rachel Dungan MPSI MCC ACTC (the Coach).

Session Details

• Duration: 90 minutes
• Location: Rachel's VIP Client Zoom Room
• Rate: €299
• Session Focus: This session is designed to address a specific issue or challenge of your choice. Whether you seek coaching, mentoring, or consultancy on a particular topic, this session aims to provide clarity, insight, and actionable steps.

Session Structure

Our session will be a collaborative effort where we work together to explore the topic you bring to the table. The session may include:

1. Identification of Core Issue: We will work together to identify the core issue or challenge you wish to address.
2. Exploration and Insight: Through targeted questions, reflection, and discussion, we will explore the issue to uncover underlying beliefs, habits, or patterns.
3. Action Planning: We will develop a clear action plan or strategy to address the issue and move forward.

Your Role as the Client

As the client, you are responsible for:

1. Setting the Agenda: Clearly identifying the single issue you wish to focus on during the session.
2. Engagement: Actively participating in the session, providing honest engagement, and being open to exploration.
3. Preparation: Coming prepared with any relevant information or materials that may assist in the session.  
4. Time Commitment: Attending the session at the agreed time and committing to the entire 90-minute duration.
5. Internet Connection: Ensuring that you have a stable internet connection for the call.
6. Environment: Managing interruptions and ensuring privacy of your environment during our call.
7. Where relevant:
   1. Identify Saboteurs: Recognise and overcome negative thought patterns that foster an impoverished mindset.  If you haven't already completed your Saboteur Assessment, please email Rachel@RachelDungan.com to request your invitation to complete it.
   2. Completing your Strengths Assessment to identify your unique strength profile to support goal attainment.  CLICK HERE to identify your strengths.

What’s Not Included

This "Stand Alone Spotlight Focus Session" does not include ongoing coaching or follow-up sessions. If you require additional services, the following are available under separate agreements:

• Ongoing Coaching Packages
• Lead With Coaching Training
• Team Coaching
• Supervision for Coaches, Mentors, or Healthcare Professionals
• Yoga, Meditation, or Breathwork Instruction
• Pharmaceutical Services, Advice, or Consultancy

Please schedule a separate appointment with Rachel to discuss any additional service requirements.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the session. Anything discussed will remain confidential unless express permission is given, or if required by law due to issues such as risk of harm, abuse, or a court subpoena.

Data Privacy Policy

By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge you have reviewed and accepted the terms provided in our Privacy Policy as well. CLICK HERE to open a separate window to read the Privacy Policy which includes important information such as:

• how your data might be shared
• how long the data will be retained for
• your legal data protection rights

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule the session, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling within the same calendar month is encouraged.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session fee, unless due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will make every effort to reschedule.

Recording

You may request that we record the audio, audio-visual, transcript or AI Summary of the session.  Any recording requested is  for your own use only and may not be used or shared with any other party without written permission from us both.  

Ethics and Codes of Conduct

I am a credentialed coach member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) at Master Certified Coach (MCC) level and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).  I adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics. 

I am an EMCC Accredited Mentor and Coach at Senior Practitioner level and as an EMCC Accredited Super-Visor.  I adhere to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics. 

I am a credentialed Health and Wellness Coach.  I adhere to the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches Code of Ethics.

I am a Professional Medical Coach.  I adhere to the Medical Coaching Institute's Code of Ethics.

I am a member of the Supervisors Association of Ireland as a Supervisor.

I am a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland as a Pharmacist. 

I am a member of the Yoga Alliance as a registered yoga teacher (RYT-500).  I adhere to the yoga alliance ethical commitment.

I abide by these codes when I am coaching or mentoring clients.   If either of us has an ethical query, or potential conflict of interest, we commit to naming that with one another in the first instance.  If a concern still persists, we commit to discussing that with each other.  If it remains unresolved, we retain the rights/responsibilities to follow our professional bodies codes of ethics/conduct guidelines.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Acceptance

By proceeding with the "Stand Alone Spotlight Focus Session," you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined above.
