PICF Mentor Coaching (1:1) Agreement 

Credential with confidence. Coach with excellence.

This Agreement is between:

• You (the Mentee Coach)

• Rachel Dungan (the Mentor Coach), 4Front Pharmacy Solutions Ltd, MCC, ACTC

Purpose of Mentor Coaching

This 1-to-1 Mentor Coaching partnership supports you to strengthen your coaching competencies, deepen your presence, and prepare with confidence for your ICF Credential or renewal.

Grounded in the ICF Core Competencies, ICF Mentor Coaching Standards, and 4Front’s 6Ps of Positive Practice, these sessions offer a reflective and developmental process to elevate your coaching identity, build self-awareness, and refine your professional practice.

Professional Standards & Ethics

This mentoring is conducted in line with:

• International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics

• ICF Mentor Coaching Standards and Competency Markers

• European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Global Code of Ethics

• National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC) Code of Ethics

• Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) Code of Conduct for Pharmacists

Rachel Dungan holds ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) credentials and abides by all relevant professional standards.

Format & Fee

• Format: Three private 1:1 Mentor Coaching sessions over three months. Each session is 60 minutes and held via Zoom (or by phone if needed).

• Total Fee: €995.

Payment Options

• Single Payment: €995 payable in advance of the first mentor coaching session.

• Instalments: Three payments of €335 each.

  • The first instalment of €335 is due prior to the first session.

  • The second and third instalments are due every 30 days thereafter until the full amount is received.

Payment Methods
Payments may be made by electronic bank transfer, PayPal, or cash (by prior agreement).

Commitment
By enrolling, you agree to complete payment as outlined above. Instalment payments must be made on the scheduled due dates and may not be cancelled or reversed during the three-month payment period.

Included:

• Three 1:1 Mentor Coaching sessions fulfilling ICF’s individual mentor coaching requirement

• Competency-based feedback on submitted recordings

• Clear growth map aligned with ICF Core Competency markers

• Optional support for credential application and recording selection

• Reflective space to develop your authentic coaching style

Responsibilities

Rachel as Mentor Coach will:

• Provide feedback aligned with the ICF Core Competencies and PCC Markers.

• Create a safe and supportive learning environment.

• Offer clear developmental insights and challenge that foster reflective growth.

• Support you in strengthening your coaching skills, presence, and ethical awareness.

You as Mentee Coach agree to:

• Attend sessions as scheduled and on time.

• Prepare recordings, self-assessments, and reflective notes where relevant.

• Engage fully in the feedback process with openness and curiosity.

• Take responsibility for your own learning, application, and credential journey.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All sessions are confidential, subject to legal and ethical exceptions (risk of harm, safeguarding, or court order).

• Recordings submitted for feedback will be securely stored and deleted once feedback is complete.

• Data is collected and processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy (available separately).

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

• Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Termination

• This Agreement is valid for three months.

• Either party may end the agreement within the first 30 days if it is not a good fit, with one week’s notice.

• Refunds will be provided for unused sessions, except where services (such as recording feedback) have already been delivered.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

By signing below (or clicking “I Accept”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of this ICF Mentor Coaching (1:1) Agreement.
