Investment & Commitment

This engagement is designed as a minimum six-month container, because meaningful leadership change takes time, integration, and space.

Investment:

€1,995 upfront, payable prior to the first session
€1000 per month, payable in advance

Duration:

Minimum term of six (6) months
After six months, the agreement continues on a rolling monthly basis
Either party may cancel at any time thereafter with one month’s notice

This Agreement is between:

Rachel Dungan, 4Front Pharmacy Solutions Ltd, ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), ACTC, EMCC Senior Practitioner & Super-Visor, MPSI

Purpose of Coaching

This Agreement sets out the terms of a 1:1 developmental leadership coaching partnership.

Leadership today requires more than expertise or experience. It requires the capacity to pause, reflect, and lead consciously in the midst of complexity, responsibility, and change. This coaching engagement supports you to reconnect with your purpose, strengthen your leadership presence, and create space to lead with intention rather than reactivity.

Grounded in 4Front’s 6Ps of Positive Practice (Purpose, Personal, Professional, People, Products & Services, Prosperity), this coaching supports sustainable leadership — for you, your team, your organisation, and the wider system you influence.

This is a coaching agreement, not a mentoring, supervisory, or therapeutic arrangement.

Nature of the Coaching Engagement

Coaching, Mentoring, Therapy & Medical Care — Clarification

This engagement is primarily developmental coaching.

Coaching focuses primarily in the present and future, supporting awareness, choice, and intentional action. As your coach, I work in partnership with you, the leader, to explore thinking, emotional patterns, values, assumptions, and leadership behaviours, with the aim of strengthening clarity, capacity, and self-leadership.

Where relevant, subject-matter expertise (for example in leadership, healthcare, pharmacy, wellbeing, or organisational systems) may be offered in a coach-like way only — with the intent to:

Evoke your awareness
Deepen critical and strategic thinking
Surface insight, perspective, and choice

Such input is offered as an invitation for reflection, not as instruction, advice, or direction.

This engagement is:

Not mentor coaching and does not meet ICF mentor coaching requirements
Not therapy or counselling
Not legal, pharmaceutical, or medical care

Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical, legal, pharmaceutical or medical advice. If issues arise that are better supported by therapy, counselling, medical, or other professional care, this will be named with care and appropriate support will be recommended.

By entering this Agreement, you acknowledge that you are engaging in developmental leadership coaching and retain responsibility for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions.

Format & Duration

Format: 1:1 coaching (Zoom or in-person by agreement)
Minimum Duration: 6 months

Fee, Investment & Payment Terms

Minimum Investment

The minimum investment for this coaching engagement is €1995, which covers the first six months of coaching.

Payment Structure

All payments are made in advance.

€1,595 upfront, payable prior to the first session
€800 per month, payable in advance

Duration & Ongoing Coaching

This Agreement has a minimum term of six (6) months
After the initial six-month period, the Agreement may continue on a rolling monthly basis
Following the initial six months, either party may cancel the Agreement at any time with one month’s written notice

Monthly payments continue until the effective cancellation date.

Commitment

By enrolling, you commit to:

The minimum six-month engagement
Full payment of all fees due within that period
Ongoing monthly payments until valid notice of cancellation has been given and completed

Payments already made are non-refundable.

Professional Standards & Ethics

Rachel Dungan provides coaching in alignment with recognised professional and ethical standards, including:

International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics
European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Global Code of Ethics
National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC) Code of Ethics
Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) Code of Conduct (where relevant)

This ensures coaching that is ethical, reflective, and psychologically safe.

Roles & Responsibilities

Rachel as Coach will:

Create a confidential, respectful, and psychologically safe coaching space
Listen deeply and challenge constructively
Support insight, awareness, and intentional action
Offer frameworks, reflections, and tools where helpful
Honour professional boundaries and ethical standards

You as Client agree to:

Attend sessions as scheduled and on time
Engage openly and honestly in the coaching process
Take responsibility for your own learning, decisions, and actions
Apply insights between sessions where appropriate

Confidentiality & Data Protection

All coaching conversations are confidential, subject to legal and ethical exceptions (e.g. risk of harm, safeguarding obligations, or court order).

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and 4Front Pharmacy Solutions’ Privacy Policy.

Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session
Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited

Termination

Following the initial six-month term, either party may terminate this Agreement with one month’s written notice.

Fees already paid remain payable and non-refundable.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
