Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply to all Strategic Thinking Sessions with Rachel Dungan.
Overview
A Strategic Thinking Session is a one-to-one, 90-minute session with Rachel Dungan MPSI MCC ACTC, designed to support clarity, reflection, and considered decision-making around a specific issue or area of focus.
By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below. These exist to ensure clarity, fairness, and a respectful experience for both parties.
Session Details

Duration: 90 minutes

Format: One-to-one session, delivered online via a private Zoom link

Investment: €299
-
Focus: A single issue or leadership question chosen by you
The session may draw on coaching, mentoring, or consultancy approaches, depending on what best serves the focus you bring.
Your Role as the Client
To make the most of the session, you agree to:

Arrive with a clear sense of the issue or question you wish to explore

Engage openly and thoughtfully in the conversation

Attend the full 90-minute session at the agreed time
-
Ensure a stable internet connection and a private, interruption-free environment
Where relevant, you may also choose to complete reflective resources in advance, such as the Saboteur Assessment or Strengths Assessment. These are optional and intended to support depth, not performance.
What Is Not Included
A Strategic Thinking Session is a standalone experience and does not include ongoing coaching, follow-up sessions, or additional services.
The following are available under separate agreements if required:

Leadership or coaching training

Team coaching
-
Supervision for coaches, mentors, or healthcare professionals

Yoga, meditation, or breathwork instruction

Pharmaceutical services, advice, or consultancy
Confidentiality
All sessions are treated as confidential, in line with professional coaching and ethical standards.
Confidentiality may only be breached where required by law, including circumstances involving risk of harm, abuse, or court order.
Data Protection and Privacy
By booking a Strategic Thinking Session, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the terms of the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy outlines:

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice

Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the session fee, except in unforeseen circumstances, where reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule

Rescheduling within the same calendar month is encouraged where possible
Recording
Recording of sessions (audio, video, transcript, or AI-generated summary) is available by mutual agreement only.
Any recording provided is for your personal use and may not be shared or distributed without written consent from both parties.

Any ethical concerns or potential conflicts of interest will be addressed openly and professionally in the first instance, with reference to the relevant codes where required.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Acceptance
By booking a Strategic Thinking Session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
