Group Super-Vision for Coaches & Mentors Agreement

• Rachel Dungan (the Supervisor), 4Front Pharmacy Solutions Ltd, MCC, ACTC

Purpose of Coaching Super-Vision

This confidential 1-to-1 partnership provides a safe and developmental space to reflect on your professional practice, explore ethical dilemmas, and strengthen your presence and decision-making as a coach, mentor, or healthcare professional.

Grounded in 4Front’s 6Ps of Positive Practice and the ABCDE Strategic Change Framework, Super-Vision integrates coaching, wellbeing, and leadership competencies to enhance ethical clarity, personal resilience, and sustainable impact.

Professional Standards & Ethics

This Super-Vision partnership is conducted in accordance with:

• International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics
• European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Global Code of Ethics
• National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC) Code of Ethics
• Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) Code of Conduct for Pharmacists

Rachel Dungan is credentialed as an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC), and adheres to the highest professional standards in coaching, mentoring, and supervision practice.

If an ethical concern or potential conflict of interest arises, both parties agree to address it transparently and, if unresolved, follow the guidance of the relevant professional code.

Format & Fee

• Format:  6 x 90-minute small-group sessions

  ✔️ Practical strategies for real-world dilemmas
• Price: €900
  Format: Bi-monthly sessions over 12 months

Payment Methods
Payments may be made by electronic bank transfer, PayPal, or cash (by prior agreement).

Commitment
By enrolling, you agree to complete payment as outlined above. Instalment payments must be made on the scheduled due dates and may not be cancelled or reversed during the three-month payment period.

Responsibilities

Rachel as Supervisor will:

• Provide a safe and reflective environment for professional growth.
• Offer challenge and support that fosters awareness, ethical practice, and professional mastery.
• Model effective contracting and Super-Vision practice in line with ICF and EMCC standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional codes of ethics.
• Verify Super-Vision hours for credentialing or CPD upon request.

You as Supervisee agree to:

• Attend sessions as scheduled and on time.
• Prepare by reflecting on relevant cases, patterns, or learning areas.
• Engage openly and constructively in the reflective process.
• Respect confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Take responsibility for applying insights and agreed actions between sessions.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All Super-Vision conversations are confidential, subject to ethical and legal exceptions (risk of harm, safeguarding, or court order).
• Notes or recordings (if any) will be used only for reflective or credentialing purposes, with your written consent.
• Recordings will be securely stored and deleted once their purpose is fulfilled.
• Data is managed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the 4Front Privacy Policy.

Nature of Coaching Super-Vision

Coaching Super-Vision is a reflective, developmental process that focuses on your professional practice. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical advice, or legal guidance. You remain responsible for your own professional actions, decisions, and results.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
• Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
• Persistent lateness or missed appointments will be discussed as part of the reflective process.

Termination

• This Agreement is valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment.
• Either party may end the agreement with one week’s notice before the next session.
• Refunds will be provided for unused sessions only if no services (such as CPD certification or preparation) have been delivered.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
