Coaching Super-Vision: 1-to-1 Agreement
3 × 1:1 Coaching Super-Vision Sessions | Exclusive ReciproCoach Member Rate
Reflect boldly. Expand awareness. Strengthen impact.
This Agreement is between:
You — the Supervisee
and
Rachel Dungan — the Supervisor - 4Front Pharmacy Solutions Ltd
ICF MCC • ACTC • CSS | EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner • ITCA • ESIA
This agreement is available exclusively to ReciproCoach members and includes three 60-minute individual coaching super-vision sessions with Rachel Dungan at the agreed ReciproCoach member rate.
1. Purpose and Scope of Coaching Super-Vision
Coaching super-vision is a confidential, non-judgmental and reflective partnership in which you can step back from your professional practice, explore complexity and deepen your awareness of yourself, your clients, your relationships and the wider systems within which you work.
Coaching super-vision is a collaborative reflective process that supports a practitioner's ongoing development, ethical practice and professional maturity. Super-vision can provide space to reflect on professional identity and practice; examine ethical dilemmas and decision-making; explore relational, cultural and systemic influences; strengthen boundaries, contracting and accountability; and build resilience and reduce professional isolation.
Our work may therefore attend to three interconnected dimensions:
Your practice — the quality, ethics, effectiveness and professional standards of your work.
Your development — your growing awareness, capability, professional identity and maturity as a practitioner.
You, the practitioner — your presence, patterns, responses, wellbeing and sustainability in relation to the work you undertake.
The focus of each session will be co-created according to what is most useful and important for you and your professional practice.
Where helpful, Rachel may draw upon relevant reflective and developmental frameworks, including 4Front's 6Ps of Positive Practice and ABCDE Strategic Change Framework. Frameworks support rather than prescribe the reflective process.
2. Who Rachel Provides Super-Vision For
Rachel provides professional coaching super-vision for:
- individual coaches and mentors;
- team coaches;
- coaching super-visors;
- coach educators and facilitators;
- coaching and mentoring programme managers; and
- other professionals using coaching approaches within leadership, healthcare and organisational practice, where coaching super-vision is an appropriate professional-development modality.
Her wider supervision practice includes individual super-vision, group super-vision, team coaching super-vision and super-vision of super-vision.
Where your role, professional requirements or the nature of the work would be better served by another form of professional support, Rachel will discuss this with you and, where appropriate, recommend or support referral.
3. Rachel's Coaching Super-Vision Qualifications
Rachel is a ReciproCoach Recommended Coaching Supervisor and holds ICF MCC, Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) and Coaching Supervisor Specialization (CSS), together with EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner, Individual Team Coaching Accreditation (ITCA) and European Supervision Individual Accreditation (ESIA).
Rachel holds a Diploma in Coaching Super-Vision from the International Centre for Coaching Supervision. Her specialist coaching super-vision education was accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), EMCC Global and the Association for Coaching (AC).
This combination of specialist super-vision education, individual coaching-supervision accreditation and individual and team-coaching credentials enables Rachel to provide professional super-vision across individual coaching, mentoring, team coaching, coaching super-vision and relevant programme-management practice.
4. Coaching Super-Vision for Credential Application, Renewal and Continuing Professional Development
Professional bodies have different requirements concerning coaching super-vision, and these requirements may vary according to credential or accreditation, practitioner level, volume and nature of practice, and whether you are applying for or renewing a credential.
Current requirements should therefore always be checked directly with your professional body.

ICF
Eligible coaching super-vision may contribute towards professional development for ACC, PCC and MCC credential renewal.
ICF requires supervision claimed for credential-renewal professional development to be received from a supervisor who holds the ICF Coaching Supervisor Specialization (CSS) or another recognised coaching-supervision credential or accreditation. Rachel meets this requirement through both ICF-CSS and EMCC ESIA.
For ACTC application and renewal, ICF additionally requires supervisors working with ACTC applicants and renewal candidates to hold ACTC or another recognised team-coaching credential. Rachel holds both ICF-CSS and ICF-ACTC, as well as EMCC ESIA and ITCA.
For ICF-CSS renewal, CSS holders must complete 10 hours of coaching-supervision professional development during each three-year credential period. At least five hours must involve receiving coaching super-vision, and up to all 10 hours may be fulfilled through receipt of coaching super-vision.
EMCC Global
Ongoing one-to-one super-vision forms part of EMCC's individual professional accreditation processes for coaches and mentors (EIA), team coaches (ITCA), coaching supervisors (ESIA) and coaching/mentoring programme managers (IPMA).
The precise frequency and volume of supervision required varies according to accreditation pathway, accreditation level and volume of professional practice.
Association for Coaching
Ongoing coaching super-vision similarly forms part of relevant Association for Coaching professional accreditation and renewal requirements for individual coaches/executive coaches, team coaches and coaching supervisors, with requirements varying according to accreditation pathway and level.
Your responsibility for credential requirements
Super-vision undertaken with Rachel may therefore contribute towards relevant ICF, EMCC and Association for Coaching credential/accreditation applications, renewals and continuing professional development requirements.
Professional-body requirements can and do change. You remain responsible for confirming and meeting the current requirements for your particular credential, accreditation, level and renewal cycle.
5. Super-Vision Record, Reflective Learning and Credentialing
You are responsible for keeping an accurate and up-to-date record of your coaching super-vision and, where applicable, ensuring that your supervision arrangements meet the requirements of your relevant professional body, credential or accreditation.
Rather than reconstructing your supervision retrospectively when applying for accreditation or renewal, you are encouraged to maintain your record throughout our work together.
Rachel provides Coaching Super-Vision Preparation & Reflective Practice Logs through Coaches Console to support you in preparing for supervision, capturing your learning and reflecting on how you wish to integrate that learning into your professional practice.
Your record may include:
- the date, duration and format of each supervision session;
- your supervisor's name and relevant credentials/accreditations;
- broad areas of practice explored, while maintaining client and stakeholder confidentiality;
- significant insights, reflections and learning;
- implications for your coaching, mentoring, team coaching, supervision, programme management or leadership practice;
- actions, experiments or areas for further reflection and development; and
- cumulative supervision hours where these are required for professional accreditation or renewal.
Your supervision record and reflective learning belong to you. You are encouraged to use them not simply as evidence of hours completed, but as a means of noticing how your practice — and you as a practitioner — are developing over time.
Where reasonably required, Rachel can verify the dates and hours of supervision completed with her and sign relevant professional-body documentation.
6. Preparing for Super-Vision
You are encouraged to come to each session having reflected on what would be most valuable to explore.
You may bring a particular client or team situation, ethical question, relational dynamic, contracting issue, recurring pattern, professional challenge, critical incident, success, uncertainty or emerging area of your professional identity.
You do not need to arrive with a clearly defined "problem". Super-vision can equally provide space to notice what is working, examine what is emerging, explore your responses to the work, consider different perspectives and make meaning from your professional experience.
Where you discuss clients, teams, organisations or other stakeholders, you agree to protect their confidentiality and share only the information reasonably necessary for the purposes of reflective practice.
7. Our Super-Vision Partnership
As your Supervisor, Rachel will:
- partner with you to establish and maintain clear agreements for our overall supervision relationship and individual sessions;
- provide a confidential, respectful, psychologically safe and appropriately challenging reflective space;
- support you to explore your practice from multiple perspectives, including ethical, relational, systemic and developmental perspectives;
- offer observations, questions, challenge, support, resources and perspectives where these may deepen reflection and learning;
- attend to your development and wellbeing as a practitioner as well as the quality and impact of your professional practice;
- maintain appropriate boundaries between super-vision, mentor coaching, professional coaching, consultancy, education, therapy and other professional roles;
- practise in accordance with applicable professional ethical standards;
- maintain her own ongoing supervision and professional development; and
- verify supervision hours where legitimately required for professional accreditation or renewal.
As the Supervisee, you agree to:
- attend sessions as scheduled and participate actively in the reflective process;
- take responsibility for identifying and bringing material relevant to your professional practice;
- protect the confidentiality of clients, teams, organisations and stakeholders whose work you bring to supervision;
- engage openly with questions, observations, challenge and different perspectives;
- name concerns, disagreements, ethical issues or difficulties within our supervisory relationship when they arise;
- take responsibility for your professional decisions, actions and practice;
- determine how you will integrate learning arising from supervision; and
- maintain your own supervision records and ensure that you meet any credentialing or accreditation requirements applicable to you.
8. Professional Standards and Ethics
This coaching super-vision partnership is informed by and conducted in accordance with the professional standards and ethical obligations applicable to Rachel's practice, including the:
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics;
- Global Code of Ethics, used by EMCC Global and the Association for Coaching;
- National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) Code of Ethics; and
- Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) Code of Conduct for Pharmacists, where relevant to Rachel's professional role.
If either of us identifies an ethical concern, boundary issue or potential conflict of interest, we agree to name and explore it promptly. Where appropriate, further supervision, professional consultation, ethical guidance or referral may be sought.

This ReciproCoach member agreement includes:
Three private 60-minute Individual Supervision sessions with Rachel Dungan.

10. What's Included
Your three-session agreement includes:
- three 60-minute individual coaching super-vision sessions;
- access to Coaching Super-Vision Preparation & Reflective Practice Logs through Coaches Console;
- reflective exploration of your professional practice, relationships, ethical questions and systemic context;
- attention to practitioner development, professional identity, wellbeing and sustainable practice;

- relevant resources or reflective prompts where these would support your continuing development.
Additional supervision sessions may be arranged separately where you wish to continue the relationship beyond the initial three sessions.
After the first 3 super-vision session, many of my Reciprocoach supervisees avail of my ongoing 1:1 coaching supervision subscription, which includes 6 super-vision sessions, spread out over 12 months.
11. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Our coaching super-vision conversations are confidential, subject to professional, ethical and legal limitations.
Confidentiality may need to be reconsidered where there is a serious concern relating to risk of harm, safeguarding, unlawful conduct, professional misconduct or where disclosure is required by law. Wherever reasonably practicable and ethically permissible, any need to consider disclosure will first be discussed with you.
You remain responsible for protecting the confidentiality and privacy of clients, teams, organisations and stakeholders whose work you bring to supervision.
Notes, recordings or other materials will only be created, retained or used in accordance with their agreed purpose and applicable data-protection requirements. Where a session is to be recorded for reflective, educational, supervision-of-supervision or credentialing purposes, this will be explicitly agreed in advance.
Personal data is managed in accordance with applicable GDPR requirements and the 4Front Privacy Policy.
12. Nature and Boundaries of Coaching Super-Vision
Coaching super-vision is a professional reflective and developmental process. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice or a substitute for another regulated professional service.
Although we may explore complex situations and consider different perspectives, you retain responsibility and accountability for your own professional judgement, decisions, actions and practice.
Where an issue falls beyond the appropriate scope of coaching super-vision, Rachel may recommend that you seek additional specialist professional support.
13. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.
At least 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Late cancellation or non-attendance may result in the session being forfeited.
If you arrive late, the session will normally still finish at the originally agreed time.
Repeated cancellations, lateness or other patterns affecting our ability to work effectively together may themselves be appropriately explored within the supervisory relationship.
14. Ending or Continuing Our Super-Vision Relationship
This agreement covers the initial three-session ReciproCoach member supervision package, normally completed within six months of commencement.
Either party may choose to end the supervision relationship. Where practicable, this should be discussed openly so that the relationship can be appropriately reviewed and concluded.
Any unused prepaid sessions will be managed in accordance with the cancellation and refund terms applicable at the time of purchase.
Where you wish to continue receiving supervision after the initial three sessions, we can review your needs together and agree an appropriate ongoing super-vision arrangement. You are encouraged to explore Reciprocoach Group Supervision. Many of Rachel's Reciprocoach supervisees also avail of her ongoing 1:1 coaching supervision subscription, which includes 6 super-vision sessions, spread out over 12 months.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
16. Acceptance
By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions; that you understand the purpose, nature and boundaries of coaching super-vision; and that you remain responsible for your own professional decisions, actions, credential/accreditation requirements and practice.
By clicking “I Accept”, you indicate that you have read, understood and agree to abide by the above.

Continue Your Development — Optional 1:1 ICF Mentor Coaching for ReciproCoach Members
Optional developmental add-on exclusively for ReciproCoach members
You may also choose to complement your coaching super-vision with 3 × 60-minute individual ICF Mentor Coaching sessions with Rachel, available at the exclusive ReciproCoach member mentor coaching rate.
Rachel holds the ICF Mentor Coach Specializations at all three credential levels — MCS-ACC, MCS-PCC and MCS-MCC.
Unlike coaching super-vision, which provides a broader reflective space for you and your professional practice, mentor coaching focuses specifically on the development of your coaching skills and unique coaching style in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies and relevant credential-level standards. ICF explicitly distinguishes the two roles: mentor coaching focuses on competency development through observation and formative feedback, while coaching supervision supports broader reflective practice and practitioner wellbeing. 2027-icf-mentor-specialization-…
Mentor coaching can be particularly valuable developmental CPD for experienced coaches who want to continue refining their coaching practice rather than waiting until their next credential application or renewal.
It can also contribute towards relevant ICF credential and renewal requirements. For an ICF credential application and for ACC renewal, ICF requires 10 hours of mentor coaching over at least three months, including at least three hours of individual mentor coaching. 2027-icf-mentor-specialization-…
For PCC and MCC coaches, mentor coaching can provide focused continuing professional development through observation of actual coaching, evidence-based feedback and deliberate experimentation with your coaching practice.
For EMCC and Association for Coaching practitioners, mentor coaching may also provide valuable additional professional development alongside your ongoing coaching super-vision.
Your mentor coaching is separately contracted from this Coaching Super-Vision Agreement.
